STRAIN CULTIVATED: Strawberry Cough X GG4 “Strawberry Glue”
In this video we’re going to show you guys the importance of NOT topping your plants, maximizing the entire plant, and how we train the entire plant from seed to harvest maintaining a level canopy tripling our yield by redistributing the energy and only vegging for a short time.
Popped and germinated directly in Solo cup filled with soil. Vegged the seedling for three weeks in a solo cup. Transplanted the solo cup into a 1-gallon plastic pot so it could be easier for me to transplant later on in the vegetative stage. Vegged for 3 weeks family.
Transplanted into a 7-gallon living soil fabric pot where it will remain for the remainder of the veg cycle. Daily Cloud Culture LST daily to maintain that level canopy.
We’re going to cut our clones 3 days prior to flipping to flower. Follow the recommended formula of 1 tsp of Gaia Green Organics per Gal of media when you top dress. Feed a total of 5 tsp of 4-4-4 All Purpose and 2 tsp of 2-8-4 Power Bloom. We’re going to use a lot more nitrogen during the first 3 weeks of flower during the stretching phase.
We feed a couple of days prior to flipping so we could be right on schedule to feed come week 4 of flower. Week 4 feed or day 28 of Flower we’re going to flip the ratio and feed 5 tsp of 2-8-4 Power Bloom and 2 tsp 4-4-4 All Purpose. We’re going to need most of that phosphorus and potassium during weeks 4-6 on the swelling stage of bud development.
First half was harvested on day 64 of flower and the second half was harvested on day 72 of flower.
We are going to be using the Cannatrol Vapor Technology for the perfect dry and cure. Hanging our buds using a small wire. Definitely not laying them to have to rotate them daily. Let’s use the Cannatrol to our advantage.
Secret Family Technique #1: “Cloud Pop”
Cloud Popping each pair of fresh incoming nodes 1” in length or bigger. To encourage a bigger steadier foundation, increases the food tunnel, increase food intake, nutrition, and minerals intake.
Secret Family Technique #2: “Energy Distributed”
Rotating and bending the main top back daily. Leaf tucking and most importantly removing all incoming pairs of nodes under each top as they come out to redirect the energy towards the top of each individual top to encourage growth stacking genes. Keeping only the very top on each individual node to encourage growth of new nodes. Most importantly help with stacking come flower time.
