Returns and Exchanges

At this time, Cloud Culture LLC only accepts or offers returns in the event an item or souvenir purchased on CloudCultureMembers.com is deemed damaged/faulty. 

We are happy to assist with any return queries that meet the aforementioned criteria, and said queries should be made within 21 days of receipt of one's order.  

Damaged / Faulty Goods

In the unlikely event that an item is found to be faulty or damaged, you may send it back for a replacement or refund. Please contact us within 14 days of receipt of your order and return the goods as per our returns policy above.

We will provide a shipping label for return via Email. 

Your replacement goods will be shipped (or your payment will be refunded) within 14 days of receipt of your return.
